If your due date is the 1st of the month and rent is not received by the end of business on the 5th, a late fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of total monthly rent.

If your due date is the 15th of the month, and rent is not received by the end of business on the 19th, a late fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of total monthly rent.

Recurring payment options are available when choosing to pay with ACH. Recurring payment options are NOT available paying with credit card.

I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s a good price for living downtown, but the trade off is that the apartment is a bit older. My apartment is spacious and has everything I need. Dan has been flexible and responsive in arranging my lease. Would recommend.
