You love Madison. So do we.

Keller Group

It’s easy to see why Madison, WI is consistently rated one the best cities in the country to live. With plentiful parks, beautifully landscaped and maintained public spaces, miles of bike trails, and creative restaurants and brewpubs, Madison has something to offer people of all ages.

Choosing to live in Madison is easy—the hardest part is deciding where in Madison to live.

Like you, we love all that downtown Madison has to offer. In fact, the Keller Real Estate Group office has been four blocks (or less) from the Capitol ever since we started in 1953. Nothing beats walking from work to grab a bite to eat at our favorite restaurant, or meeting colleagues at the coffeeshop just down the block. On weekends, you’ll find us at the Farmer’s Market, catching a game at the Kohl Center, or enjoying an Overture Center production. And when it’s summer, we make the most of the Madison lakes and sunshine.

In other words—we know what people who live and work in Madison enjoy and we can help you find the best place that fits your needs and your budget. You’ll quickly discover how we’ve earned our reputation as friendly landlords who look out for our residents.

But Madison, WI isn’t the only place we know. We’re well acquainted with DeForest and Beaver Dam, where we also own and manage centrally located apartments, condos, and shopping centers. (In fact, our founder, Bob Keller, was born and raised in Beaver Dam.)

Your needs come first with Keller Real Estate Group

You have a right to feel safe, comfortable, and respected. You should be able to get in touch with the person who owns your building whenever you have an issue. (We’ve gladly helped more than a few people who’ve accidentally locked themselves out.) Maintenance requests should be answered and solved right away. That’s why we make it easy for you to get in touch with us.

Whether you’re looking for an apartment or student housing on campus, or you need office space for your business, you can trust that Keller Real Estate Group will listen to you and will put your best interests first.

Our Team

Robert Keller, CPM

Bob founded the Robert H. Keller Company in 1950 after working in construction management. He started small, with a two-flat building. He knew from the start that he wanted his business to be known for honesty, integrity and service. Over the years, he developed and brokered many properties in and around Madison. He kept his business operations small, though, to maintain that friendly, midwestern service he was known for.

When his three sons joined, the company changed its name to Keller Real Estate Group, and expanded to include more property management, real estate sales, financing and development.

He has been the President of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (1957) and received the Realtor of the Year Award (1968).

Bob is an avid three-cushion billiards player and recently opened the Madison 3-Cushion Billiards Club.

Daniel Keller, ARM

Dan has been managing properties for thirty years. He will dispatch the maintenance team to take care of any building or appliance problems you might run into as a resident. Dan received his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from IREM in August 2005.

David Keller

If you’re a business owner looking for the best place to operate your retail, office or service center in south central Wisconsin, you need to talk to David. David has been serving real estate needs since 1984 in the greater Madison area. He was the President of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin in 1998 and also served on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin.

David is a competitive golf and tennis player. His favorite thing to do in Madison in the summer is to attend live music at the Memorial Union Terrace.

Thomas Keller, CCIM

Thomas heads up Keller Development, LLC. He focuses on residential and commercial real estate development in southern Wisconsin. His latest development project was Fulton Square in Edgerton, WI.

In the summers, he enjoys boating and going to Milwaukee Brewers games.
