About Us

Bob founded the Robert H. Keller Company in 1950 after working in construction management. He started small, with a two-flat building. He knew from the start that he wanted his business to be known for honesty, integrity and service. Over the years, he developed and brokered many properties in and around Madison. He kept his business operations small, though, to maintain that friendly, midwestern service he was known for.

When his three sons joined, the company changed its name to Keller Real Estate Group, and expanded to include more property management, real estate sales, financing and development.

He has been the President of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (1957) and received the Realtor of the Year Award (1968).

Bob is an avid three-cushion billiards player and recently opened the Madison 3-Cushion Billiards Club.

Dan has been managing properties for thirty years. He will dispatch the maintenance team to take care of any building or appliance problems you might run into as a resident. Dan received his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from IREM in August 2005.

David has been serving real estate needs since 1984 in the greater Madison area. He was the President of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin in 1998 and also served on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin.

David is a competitive golf and tennis player. His favorite thing to do in Madison in the summer is to attend live music at the Memorial Union Terrace.

Thomas heads up Keller Development, LLC. He focuses on residential and commercial real estate development in southern Wisconsin. His latest development project was Fulton Square in Edgerton, WI.

In the summers, he enjoys boating and going to Milwaukee Brewers games.

Tonia keeps everything running smoothly at the Keller Real Estate Group office. As the Office Manager, Tonia handles the responsibilities of marketing, reception, secretary, and much more. Her journey into the Real Estate industry / Property Management began in 2010 in Tennessee and she has continued in the field after relocating to Wisconsin.

In her spare time, Tonia enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, watching movies, and traveling.

Dan Grunewald leads the Accounting Department as the Accounting Manager. Dan received his Accounting Degree in 1984, started working with the Kellers’ in 2000. He became Accounting Manager in 2008.

He is married with two children and four grandchildren. Dan and his wife enjoy traveling throughout the United States and international trips. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid fisherman.

Holly Keller is in the Accounting department, joining the business working with family beginning in 2019. She received her Social Science/History degree in 1981 and Accounting/Business degree in 1985. Before joining the Keller’s, she worked as controller for a large national nonprofit located in Madison, semi-retiring after 33 years. Holly works with the daily financial transactions for all the properties.

When not in the office Holly enjoys her time with family, especially at the lake cabin nearby. She loves boating and attending Brewer games with Tom. With more time on her hands now she is learning to relax, do more reading and traveling.

Ian Perrin handles all maintenance requests, assists with apartment showings, and many other responsibilities at Whitcomb Square Senior Apartment Homes.

Elizabeth joined the team at Keller Real Estate Group in February, 2022, as the Leasing Agent for Avenir, as well as assisting in the Accounting Department. She graduated from Edgewood College in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. Elizabeth also has received her Real Estate Sales Certificate from Madison College.

Dale is Keller Real Estate Group’s Maintenance Supervisor, managing the maintenance staff and verifying that all maintenance requests in Downtown Madison and DeForest Town Square in DeForest are handled.

Jeff is the Property and Maintenance Manager for DeForest Town Square beginning June 2023. Jeff has done previous maintenance and managerial roles for Keller Real Estate Group in the past working at Fulton Square in Edgerton, WI.
